    • Boarder designs using cutter & molds.
    • Marbling effect with fondant
    • Using artificial flowers to enhance your design
    • Writing techniques- using royal icing & message plaques
    • Cut outs/cake side designs using available molds/cutters for sale in Mix n Bake
    • Fondant icing flowers – blossom, daisy, ribbon rose.
  • ROYAL  ICING CLASS:  Making of Royal icing sugar sprinkles in 2/3 different colours .Writing on cake using royal icing.
