      • Butter Icing Techniques:
        • Butter icing preparation
        • Leveling of cake Frosting & combing
        • Preparing the piping bag for decorating
        • Piping bag positioning
        • Pressure control
        • Star design, dots/writing, shell design, reverse shell, rosette, ruffle design using rose tip, rope, and butter icing bow.
        • Butter icing flowers : rose flower, ribbon rose flower& sweet pea flower
     
    • Fondant icing Techniques:
      • Fondant icing preparation
      • Covering of cake/dummy with fondant icing
      • Colouring of fondant icing
      • Techniques of covering a cake with fondant icing
      • Making of rope, bead, bow Boarder design using fmm straight frill cutter OR other boarder design
      • Texturing effect
      • Marbling effect
      • Cut outs using available cutters & molds for side design.
      • Fondant Flowers : rose, blossom & daisy flowers
      • Fabric Effects: polka dotted, striped & shirt making
